The aim is to research young people interested in starting businesses in various regions.
Key Points
- Understand their motivations and expectations.
- Identify problems they face.
- Explore how they overcome these challenges.
- Examine changes in their personalities and expectations while working ob business projects until they succeed.
- Determine reasons for abandoning their business projects.
Research Group
- 50-70 youths from 2-4 Lithuanian regions who seek help from municipalities of have otherwise identified themselves.
Project Result
- Research will be conducted simultaneously in Latvia and Lithuania, allowing for the identification of key motivations, problems, and solutions. This can help government and business organizations improve support youth in these regions. Comparing data from both countries may reveal if participation in competitions helps increase the chance of successful business projects.
