2019-1-TR01-KA204-077046
Erasmus+ project “Micro-Entrepreneurship Supportive Mentoring System Development for Women with Fewer Opportunities in Rurals” in Turkey, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovekia.
The F2F-Trust project focuses on helping rural women who create handicrafts improve their skills in using mobile phones and tablets. The main target group consists of these women, who may be young, middle-aged, or older, and belong to various ethnic backgrounds but share a common goal of selling their crafts online.
The project aims to teach them how to use online selling platforms like alibaba.com and amazon.com through tailored e-commerce training. They will receive mentoring from more experienced women, the secondary target group, who will also be trained on how to be effective mentors
The project seeks to provide high-quality learning opportunities that meet the needs of low-qualified adults, helping them improve their digital and e-commerce skills. Participants will learn practical steps such as setting up email accounts, taking and editing photos, and using e-commerce sites.
The project also aims to enhance the mentors’ skills, fostering a system of motivation and support for the rural women learners. Mentors will guide their mentors from the basics of technology to understanding the value of e-commerce.
