Erasmus+ project “Augmented Reality For Environmental Education” in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
Project “Augmented Reality for for Environmental Education” aims to use Augmented Reality (AR) technology as an educational tool for young people in Europe.
The main audience for this project is youth workers and educators interested in innovative education methods.
The project seeks to create an AR application focused on environmental education to attract young people and motivate them to learn about environmental challenges and necessary habit changes for a more nature-friendly society.
Project partners will select environmental education topics and create scan card-posters to be used with an existing AR application. This will provide informative reading and interactive educational content with images and videos on chosen topics. The educational tool will be available online for free and can be printed for classroom use. Various interactive posters have been developed during the project, and examples in English are provided.
