Challenged
Project Number: 2020-3-LT02-KA205-007230
Erasmus+ project “Challenged” in Lithuania, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania and Poland.
Erasmus+ project CHALLENGED aims to help youth shift from feeling passive to being active and motivated, laying a foundation for successful actions. The project aligns with the EU Youth Strategy and focuses on three key areas: Engege, Connect, and Epower.
CHALLENGED seeks to boost youth self-esteem, teach problem-solving, promote positive thinking, and encourage social involvement. It supports the 6th European Youth Goal “Moving Rural Youth Forward” and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goal of providing equal opportunities for all youth, enabling them to reach their potential.
Experts in non-formal education from several European countries collaborated to create a resource like “Challenge Management: from problem to challenge!” and a Digital Diary of Challenges. Over 50 youth workers and 240 youth participated in activities, including events that aimed to share project outputs and motivate organizations to adopt CHALLENGED methodologies, fostering a Youth Challenging Community in Europe.
